Roger Wardy has sold our property within 24 hours of signing with him. That is an incredible result. He is knowledgeable, helpful and made this process incredibly easy. His professionalism is beyond comparison. I will not hesitate to recommend Roger Wardy to anyone who wants to sell a property.

Max and Manny work really hard to get the deal done. They are accommodating and listen to both side to help seal the deal. They are good at relationship building and if I have to sell, I would go to them. If I am buying again and they are representing vendors, I will trust them.

Max is good. Very good. He and his team made the whole sale process painless and his advice was spot on regarding preparation and market assessment. Thanks Max and Danny. I would certainly use you again if necessary

My experience with Roger Wardy has been a positive one from the very start. An incredibly talented, respectful and honest teal estate agent whom I would thoroughly recommend to anybody wishing to sell or buy a home. A wonderful communicator who responded to my calls and emails within minutes every time. He listened to what I wanted and managed to get me the best possible price through his excellent negotiating skills. He also achieved a street record price for my house. I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would deal with him again without any hesitation. Agents such as Roger Wardy are rare!

We are so grateful for Con’s highly professional service and sound judgement selling our home. Con is a genuine, helpful, and very experienced agent. Always contactable, positive and prompt, Con helped us organise staging, extra opens for buyers, down to little things like carpet cleaning - making the process stress-free! Con secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our home. His “we have one chance of selling, let’s give it our best shot” approach inspires confidence. Con works super hard, acted in our interest (even when he had to talk to 3 of us), and his negotiation skills got the sale across the line within 2 weeks, pre-Auction. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Con. If you want an agent who goes above and beyond, knows his stuff, Con’s your man.

We bought and sold our unit through Max during the period of time he never lost touch and remained in contact to keep us up to date on the market. His knowledge of the area and approach in recommending the best strategy and way forward is excellent and contributed to us achieving a record outcome. Max and his team were a pleasure to deal with from day 1 and ensured they would communicate any progress proactively. Really pleased with Max and the outcome he achieved for us, can not recommend highly enough.

Con had excellent knowledge of the complex. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew where everything was located which made moving in a breeze. Con had fantastic communication throughout the negotiations and worked hard to get all parties on the same page resulting in a fair result for all.
