Roger was very forthright and communicative, making sure I understood the vendor's expectations as well as the high level of interest in the property (after just a day on the market!). However at the same time he kepts all potential buyers' interests in mind, and was not willing to disclose any specifc details of competing offers. He went above and beyond in providing me with access to the propery outside of typical hours and assisting in my questions.
