Max is not your traditional real estate agent. From the moment we met him, and did a review on our property, he was able to let us know, in no uncertain words, what our expectations had to be like and why. He was always candid, whether we would Ike what we heard or not. Then he ran us through the activities that had to happen before hitting the marketplace, where our property would sit vis a vis the demographics and the recent experiences in the market. Then, he gave a few options on how to approach the sale for maximum exposure and return. Upon proceeding, he would be in touch at least twice a week for updates and where he was at. We were never in the dark. When offers came, we knew right away and he would guide us on what factors to consider in every alternative. His open houses were well attended, with photos, etc. Upon closing of sale, everything was a breeze. He would not assume anything nor leave a stone unturned and we were always in the loop every step of the way. We didn't need to do anything ourselves. He is the realtor anyone would wish for.
