Comfortable and enjoyable process made possible by Steve. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Good understanding of the local market. Lead us through the whole process from start to finish. Although final price was below our initial expectation this was entirely due to the market down turn. Steve managed to get the best outcome possible given the circumstances outside of our control. I feel that it is important to note that his whole team were very professional and extremely competent in their support of our sale

We were particularly impressed with the high standard of the marketing materials, and the above average numbers Adam and his brilliant team were able to secure at the opens. Adam sold my family's property for a price we were very pleased with, in a short timeframe which worked exceptionally well for us!
