Xiao Bin was fantastic to deal with for us .

Xiao Bin was fantastic to deal with for us . Immediate responses to any questions we had and always pleasant and bright and above all very efficient at her job. She also had a great knowledge of the Mount Kuring -Gai properties and had established connections with other owners where you could see how well liked and respected she was. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Xiao Bin to any future buyers and sellers.

Great marketing, enthusiasm and enthusiasm

Right form the start Steve and the team where very organised and clear in their strategy. I was specifically very impressed with the way the house was presented and the teams enthusiasm in organising a number of open homes to attract buyers. Additionally, Steve was great in negotiating a great price for us in a not so great market for sellers. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and the professionalism of the team throughout the sales process.

Great market knowledge

Dean was very positive about the market our property was in and was pretty much on the money with pricing. He was a great communicator and not at all pushy.
