I had the stressful task of selling my house in the difficult situation of there being four owners with different ideas and agendas. Dean and Di were impeccable; they professionally navigated communications with all owners, while analysing the potential buyers and getting us the best possible price for our property. I would highly recommend Dean and Di Finch for their genuine nature and thorough knowledge of the Berowra and Hornsby region residential property market.

Dean and Di were the easiest and most thorough agents we have ever dealt with. Communication was easy and up to date with our private whatsapp group. The dawn to dusk video really showcased our property at it's best as did the photography. Dean and Di achieved an excellent sale price within a week which was amazing. If looking to sell, we highly recommend Dean and Di Finch from Stone Real Estate.

Dean & Di were recommended to us and we felt they were a great team to engage to sell my Dad's townhouse, as he had moved into Aged Care. They made a difficult situation for us a lot easier with their no pressure and no fuss approach to our sale. Although we had a "hiccup" with the purchaser, we were still able to finalise the sale from when the property went to market to settlement in less than 3 months. We also got the price we wanted. Very happy with the service provided.
