When my company decided to sell this property, which was purchased and used by staff travelling or needing accommodation close to our manufacturing facilities, I contacted and interviewed the 4 top rated agents in Hornsby to ascertain the likely value and best sales strategy. Stone Real Estate's Matt Ferraro was one of the 4 interviewed and his estimate of the value and strategy were most aligned to my expectations (and our banks) estimate of the asset so he was given the task to sell the property. I found Matt to be very professional and helpful in the sales process. For example, he assisted in organizing some minor repairs and painting that were needed to freshen the apartment prior to sale. Our company was more focused on achieving the full value than how long it took to achieve it which Matt kept front of mind in the sales process.
