Geraldine knocked on our front door to introduce herself and to enquire if we were thinking of selling. With such a fresh approach and warm manner, even though we were not quite at that point, we invited her in for a chat, and the rest, as the saying goes, is history! We found Geraldine to be very humble yet knowledgeable about housing sales in our area, and we quickly grew to like and trust her. Her guidance and advice during the whole process retained that humble, yet strong, demeanour that gave us solid comfort that we were in good hands. In fact the whole support team behind Geraldine was fantastic and the result we achieved other day was thanks to everyone, but particularly Geraldine. We have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective sellers. She is honest, genuine and extremely professional.

Steve was very helpful on guiding us through the whole process including the preparation before presenting to the buyer. The house was sold privately, thanks to the strong relationship that Steve has with the potential buyers. It saved us the marketing fees with a really good price outcome. Thank you Steve!

Matt knew exactly what he needed to do in all situations during the sale of my property. He removed a lot of the stress by making it feel more like a friendly interaction, instead of a business operation. Highly recommend
