Both Steve and his team are consummate professionals. Gone are the days of dealing with dodgy Real Estate Agents. These guys take the time to get to know you and are actually interested in what is important to you. It took us a few months more than expected to finish our reno. Steve guided us along the way, providing advice on what the market was looking for. The sales process was trouble free. Each week we were kept up to date on interest and progress. We ended up selling prior to auction and we felt that we made a well informed decision, supported by Steve's knowledge of current market conditions. We felt extremely happy with the result. At the same time we were looking to buy an apartment (down sizing). We had several opportunities to experience Steve's team as a buyer. The experience was always outstanding. They were informative, knowledgeable and never pushy. This gave us comfort that our potential buyers would also have this experience. We felt like we were in good hands - both buying and selling. Steve's team was enthusiastic, proficient and professional in their interaction with me, whether they were those who showed potential buyers through the house, the auctioneer, handiman, photographer and stylists who gave the house life and appeal. As with any task of this type things can have hiccups. When they happened they were addressed, sorted and had no affect on a very pleasing outcome for my siblings and I, gaining a price well in excess of our expectations.
