Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. During a difficult 2020 Kate has been outstanding. I cannot think of how Kate and her team could have done any more for me or my properties. One apartment recently sold by AYRE agent Craig Donahue. One remaining in Kate’s capable hands.

We have a large investment portfolio with high end furnished apartments we lease. We have explored the “fancy” agents in Double Bay right to the “cheap” technology-based agents and Kate and her team are by far the most professional we have met.
