Introducing Kate-Louise, our Millers Point Senior Property Manager. With over seven years of property management experience servicing the Eastern Suburbs, licensed Real Estate Agent Kate-Louise has a genuine love for Property Management and real estate in general and is 100% focused on servicing her clients whether they are big or small. Having started her career as a receptionist, with a background in customer service, she has built her skill set from the ground up, which has enabled her to gain knowledge and on the ground experience across all aspects of the industry. Her passion for real estate, and approachable and friendly nature, coupled with her market knowledge and tech know how are what her clients can expect in all their interactions with her. Kate-Louise has previously been a Millers Point resident, so her area knowledge is second to none. Having started his career in hospitality and then moving into real estate, the importance of customer service and communication between colleagues and customers is the core of what Yianni brings to the Ayre Real Estate team. His ability to connect with all different types of people and help them achieve either finding a place to call home or finding a tenant for their investment is what gets him out of bed every day. Great Streamlined Tenancy

Chyeann, Georgia and the rest of the team at AYRE provided us with a great and streamlined tenancy experience. Experienced Agent's

Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. During a difficult 2020 Kate has been outstanding. I cannot think of how Kate and her team could have done any more for me or my properties. One apartment recently sold by AYRE agent Craig Donahue. One remaining in Kate’s capable hands.

The most positive experience with any agent to date

We have a large investment portfolio with high end furnished apartments we lease. We have explored the “fancy” agents in Double Bay right to the “cheap” technology-based agents and Kate and her team are by far the most professional we have met. Kate has always been helpful, supportive, experienced and sincere when she has worked with us. Kate has always found excellent tenants with many coming to her for the furnished rental space. We would and have recommend Kate in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Agency!!

Ayre is an amazing agency to work with. I moved back from the US and was so set on moving into my dream apartment at The Rocks. Kate went above and beyond to make this rental happen for me. She was so kind, optimistic, honest and very professional. Once I moved into the apartment the service I received from all of the staff at Ayre Real Estate was world class.
