Adrian has been absolutely phenomenal as an agent. My partner and I had had some negative experiences with agents leading up to this purchase through Ayre. When it came to Adrian, his approach was second to none. Firstly, as a purchaser, it is not always the case that you feel superior service from an agent. However, Adrian was and is extremely professional and most importantly to us, he was very responsive. At the time we made our offer and ultimately the purchase, we were overseas. Adrian gave us frequent updates, didnt play any games, and in all honesty, has changed our view of dealing with agents generally. His market knowledge was also very impressive and he had an in-depth knowledge about the property - even to our million questions.
