Our experience of Adrian as the vendor’s agent was very positive. He was accomodating on viewing times and arrived punctually for the agreed appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the residence, the building and the local area in which we were looking. His general communication was also very good, He kept us appraised of what was happening with the property. Adrian kept the sale process on track when the vendor was slow through the transaction. Whole Sydney is booming, but CBD is sure a odd market still tough. Adrian knows the CBD market back to front, and we got what we wanted. Highly recommend AW!
