Craig knew the true value of our apartment. Other agents have been selling same layout/sized apartments in the building for much less. So the price indicated by Craig was a pleasant surprise to us. He and his team worked hard to achieve an off-market sale (with tenant in-situ) for a record price for the block. And he made it very easy for us.
