The team at Ayre Real Estate were incredible!
Adrian and the entire Team at Ayre Real Estate -Sydney where incredible. From the sourcing of the right property that fitted our clients wants , needs and expectations to assistance with the inspections and then the Fun and exhilaration of Auction Day. Adrian was very open, communicative & professional
Having listed the property previously without success, I was a little nervous to list again however Adrian’s knowledge of the market, his approach & professionalism made me confident we’d get a great outcome & we did. Adrian was very open & communicative throughout the entire process (including the lead up & planning to sell). He knows the property market well (in particular apartments) & was incredibly insightful. I highly recommend Adrian & he will be my go to when I’m next buying or selling.

Very attentive and helpful!
Adrian was very attentive and helpful during and after the sale. He clearly had his client’s best interest at heart but he was also fair to negotiate with, and was always quick to return calls. Subsequent to our purchase of the property, he was most helpful in tending to it for us during Covid 19 lockdown. I would recommend Adrian from both buyer and vendor perspectives.

Very knowledgeable about the residence, the building and the local area.
Our experience of Adrian as the vendor’s agent was very positive. He was accomodating on viewing times and arrived punctually for the agreed appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the residence, the building and the local area in which we were looking. His general communication was also very good, He kept us appraised of what was happening with the property. Adrian kept the sale process on track when the vendor was slow through the transaction. Craig is simply the best agent
Craig is simply the best agent. I have dealt with him for many years through rental property and now a very satisfying sale. He explains every step and properly listens to concerns. His interest in clients is genuine and he goes well beyond expectations to make sure they are happy. He deservedly has many loyal clients just through word of mouth as he really knows the Sydney CBD and Barangaroo residential market.
