This is the second time we've used David and OnePercent and I'm sure it won't be the last. David is a no-nonsense, genuine agent who works as part of a very slick organisation. We love the technology that David and OnePercent bring to this process, including the Rundl platform as a one-stop shop for documents, contract milestones and conveyancing/ solicitor discussions. It certainly takes some of the stress out of what can be a challenging process to sell. Definitely a highly recommended from me.
