We recently sold our family home on the Gold Coast via Purple Bricks. It was a refreshing no pressure experience and as the Purple Bricks agent for that region (Aaron Lau) was realistic, to the point and very down to earth every step of the way. He was also very open and honest in his dealings and did exactly what he said he would do, and did so with the minimum of fuss. After three open houses Aaron identified the serious contenders and in a short time was able to negotiate a price that we all very happy with. The contract was signed and legals seamlessly managed through Purple Brick's law firm, and all was completed on line. It was the most trouble free conveyance ever. At a total cost of $6000 to sold our family home of over thirty years and were very happy with the $18,000 to $20,000 commission we subsequently saved.
