This is the third property I have engaged Stuart and his team the opportunity to take to market. Stuart Grayer has a nice telephone manner but our one criticism is that he never gets back to you when he says he will. We were left hanging everytime. As Vendors it is good to get regular feedback and that is something Stuart appears to not be very good at doing. As a vendor being kept in the loop is very important. It builds trust that they are doing their best for you as the agent. The staff of One Percent were all lovely and helpful.
