We feel Dave went above and beyond in this struggling market to sell our house and we appreciate him and would recommend him to anyone as a Real Estate agent. he was always upfront and continually contacted me in regards to what was happening with the sale and didn’t come across as your pushy Real Estate agent.

Aaron's upfront communication and advice were paramount in putting my mind at ease about the tough circumstances regarding the selling of our property. I am so grateful to Aaron for his clear communication and updates with quick replies to questions or clarity on issues that I needed. This helped to minimise a lot of the stress! It's a relief to deal with someone who: 1. listens 2. considers your opinion 3. keeps you informed about any and all situations as they arise 4. gives realistic advice 5. gets the deal done Thank you so much Aaron : ) now it's time to open some new doors!

David was fantastic to deal with from the first inspection right through to the handover at settlement. He was very friendly, professional, and a great facilitator of open communication between ourselves and the sellers, which served to make the entire process smooth and favourable for everyone involved. We would be more than happy to recommend David in the future.

Far outweighed what we expected from Kim! Friends suggested that, because we were only paying 1% commision, we would have to carry out all our own open homes. That could not be further from the truth! We would highly recommend her for both buying & selling property. Her professionalism & knowledge is second to none. She values your time and quickly asseses your situation with confidence and gets to the point. She competently researches the market and sets about conscientiously achieving the targeted price. We simply would not settle for anyone else in the future.

David Sullivan & team are a rarity when it comes to Real Estate. With an ever-changing climate and uncertain economic future David pulled the short straw with regards to a turbulent market and a unique circumstances that needed the “right” buyer to facilitate a favourable outcome for all. It wasn’t always easy but a determined and brutally honest outlook as vendors and agent combined made the winning combination. If you want integrity in your property sale or purchase David and team will exceed your expectations.
