We must have looked at in excess of 50+ houses and found that the majority of agents were quite pretentious, pushy and more concerned with their commission than actually listening to the prospective buyers. We were pleasantly surprised with David's down to earth, friendly and open manner with which he greeted us and patiently answered our questions. He took the time to provide feedback on a areas of concern and assisted us with any matters that required clarification. Even after the initial inspection, David made himself available to answer any and all queries that we had. We would strongly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell as his level of service is phenominal.

Aaron's 20 years of real estate knowledge certainly shine through. Whilst one may think that at only a low 1% sales commission, the service may be inferior compared to those agents charging 2 or 3 times this amount. Quite the opposite! He came up with a very good marketing plan initially, provided good and accurate advice, and adapted it to the situation of when our rental property tenants were moving out. Within a week Aaron was able to make the sale to a buyer's agent at a price we were very happy with, also negating the need for marketing to go ahead. On inspecting the empty property, needed maintenance and cleaning was recommended after our existing property manager dropped the ball and would not have the carpets professionally cleaned and paid for by the old tenants, or from their bond. At every step, Aaron was always promptly in touch with us, the property manager, the conveyancers, the buyer, etc. He also went out of his way a number of times visiting the property, when clearly this was not the role a real estate agent needed to take. The sale was a very easy process to complete online. Aaron is a professional, truthful and knowledgable person of high integrity. I would recommend his services to anyone.

We've recently purchased out first home through One Percent Property with Aaron Lau and were very happy with the service. We came for the open home on a Saturday morning, we are early people and were pleased to see Arron was all set up and ready early too. Other open homes we had been to the agent was arriving 2 minutes before and it felt rushed. He was able to answer any questions we had on the day about the house as we were first home buyers and needed some guidance. We submitted our offer through the online platform which was modern and helpful as others had only had paper forms and we felt we could get lost in the mix that way. Aaron contacted us the very next day which meant he was efficient in providing the owners with the offers. Any appointments we organised, Aaron was happy to work around the best availability to suit all those involved, for example our chosen building and pest inspector had a slim availability being that it was over the Christmas period but he did what he could to be there whenever suited. He was always contactable and always ready to answer any questions we had for him. We were extremely happy with the service Aaron provided and we would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you Aaron!

I called David as I had seen his sale result on a nearby apartment. We discussed his methodology for the sale, and our plan to refurbish the unit prior to the sale. Once photographs were taken, the unit was listed on Realestate.com on the next day (Thursday) with an Open House on the Saturday. By Monday we had multiple offers and accepted an offer which was the best result by far in the complex sale history. The contract is now unconditional and we would have no hesitation in recommending David. With the result, and the low commission rate of only 1% plus GST we believe David gave us an excellent result.

David also provided in person support and the backup support if Lawlab which worked really well for us. After looking for our first home for close to a year we were nearly ready to give up after dealing with your typical big name company agents constantly providing questionable information. Then meeting David it was completely different, from the get go it was open and honest conversation which gave us alot of certantly and put our minds at ease. All in all I couldn't of been happier with the service we recieved from David and it has certainly changed my generalisation of real estate agents and does prove there are decent and honest real estate agents out there.
