When you hire Rowena you not only get her exceptional service but also that of her excellent team. Rowena fully project managed the mini renovation of what was a rather tired property, it looked great when complete. The initial estimate quoted by Rowena exceeded my expectations and I was taken by her confidence. She clearly has a very good knowledge of the Logan markets, advising me to turn down offers I would have been tempted to take and delivered a final sale price higher than the initial estimate, a street record. We had a very nervous buyer and Rowena hand held them, and managed to keep them on side. I fully recommend Rowena and team.
