Keryn demonstrated seasoned knowledge of the realestate business of how to sell our property whilst being aware of our request to not outlay large costs to market the property. She communicated well regarding potential buyers and when any issues arose, she addressed them with prompt professionalism and realistic answers. She was respectful that we were not local and often took photos for us to better explain any issues. We appreciated her down-to-earth attitude and honesty. Rowena comes across as a professional and strong woman who knows her stuff. You immediately feel confident and relaxed that you are being looked after by someone who cares about people and in turn she gains your trust. You feel she is approachable and you are not to shy to ask her questions no matter how trivial they seem to be. While the building and pest were checking out the house we engaged in conversation and had some good stories and enjoyed some good laughs.
