Alex did everything he promised. I was impressed with the listing, even more impressed with the price he got for me. He's relaxed, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Rowena was great from start to finish. She appraised my property higher then the other agent I had spoken to and I had to question if she thought the price was achievable. I proceeded in using her services and the campaign she suggested. Our house sold at auction right in the middle of the range she appraised which was a suburb record. She also kept constant communication and gave us updates throughout the process. We cannot fault her and the team at all.
