In a market that had softened Louis came in as our second agent and honestly we wish he would have been our first, his knowledge of the area, his attention to detail but most importantly his communication with both us and potential buyers was brilliant. He went above and beyond to get the most out of our property in a suburb where houses have sat on the market for far longer. There was nothing more we could have asked of him in the entire sales process and in the end it was all a huge relief that Louis managed to achieve for us. I highly recommend Louis to any other potential vendors as his guidance, knowledge and communication are second to none.

I recently worked with John Irudayaraj to sell my house, and while he successfully closed the deal, our experience was marred by communication issues and questionable decision-making. On the positive side, John Irudayaraj demonstrated excellent sales skills, navigating the complex process with ease and securing a satisfactory sale price. However, our working relationship was compromised by his failure to acknowledge and respect my concerns regarding my ex-husband's potential influence. Despite my explicit warnings, John Irudayaraj engaged in secret meetings with my ex-husband, making decisions without my knowledge or input. This lack of transparency and disregard for my boundaries added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. As someone navigating a divorce, I had hoped for a more sensitive and professional approach. Instead, John Irudayaraj's actions created conflict and undermined my trust. To potential clients, I advise: - Be cautious if you're dealing with complex personal situations, such as divorce. - Ensure clear communication channels and decision-making processes. - Set boundaries and expectations upfront. While John Irudayaraj excelled in sales, his interpersonal skills and conflict management require improvement.
