She gave us a good idea of what she thought we should be able to get based on market value she went above and beyond in her efforts to get us to the price we wanted. Her communication throughout the process was amazing and follow up is impeccable strongly recommended

Ruma and her team are exceptionally knowledgeable about the market. They kept us apprised throughout our whole time with them, in a timely manner. I truly can’t speak enough positive words to sum up our experience with selling through McGrath. Honesty, integrity, friendliness, calming, reliable and hardworking would be just a few. Highly, highly recommend Ruma and her team to sell anyone’s property. I especially loved it was a team that helped us and Ruma consistently praised everyone as well!

It was a delight to work with Ruma and her team for the purchase of my property. Negotiations were easy and straightforward with quick turnarounds. She also goes the extra mile to ensure the buyer is happy and not just the vendor. Would highly recommend this team and happily work with them again

Brett is a breath of fresh air for the residential property industry. From his honesty and integrity to his excellent communication, it has been an absolute pleasure working with him and his team. His genuine, personable and respectful approach in all interactions won us over immediately during appraisal and continued throughout the sales process. He clearly knows and understands the markets he operates in and always offered sound, sensible advice and guidance. We are excited for the team that Brett leads as they could not ask for a better mentor. We can honestly say that Brett is the only agent we intend to work with in the future and cannot recommend him enough.

We are so thankful we meet Ruma. From the time we met with her she gave us complete confidence in going with her and her team to sell our home. Her suggestions to improve our presentation were great and her knowledge of the Quakers Hill real estate market is second to none. Her communication throughout the sale process was amazing. She put us at ease through any uncertainty we had. I couldn't recommend anyone better to handle a house sale in our area.
