Brett and his team made one of the most stressful things you can do in life easy, we gave them a difficult timeline as we had already bought our next property and they smashed it out of the park so much so that we were able to bring our settlement on the new house forward. Selling our home in Box Hill, NSW, was a rollercoaster until we met Ben Davenport from McGrath. After two disastrous experiences with other agents—one where our expectations weren’t managed realistically and an auction day passed without a single bidder, and another with a so-called ‘top agent’ who was deceptive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful—we were jaded and hesitant to try again.
