We first met Martine when we made unsuccessful offer for a place in Heathcote. Although it was unfortunate that we missed out, Martine got to know us and what type of place we were looking for. She was able to recommend the place we ultimately bought right as the vendor was putting the place on the market, coming to a great outcome for ourselves as well as the vendor. My wife and i engaged john to sell our first home in Heathcote having bought and sold a few places i was expecting much of the same but was pleasantly surprised with the level of communication and the work ethic that he demonstrated throughout our sale would i use his services again absolutely, Would i recommend him to family members absolutely thanks again John ( i mean to give an example of the disparity of agents operating out there a one tried to sell a property to his mate for much less than the reserve on auction day oh yes that happened happy to name and shame pm me. Was not on this house but another area. )
