We were selling in a falling market however Martine made us feel confident and comfortable before, during and after the sales campaign. Martine’s marketing skills had our two weekend open homes (sold before the third week) flooded with potential buyers with over 45 interested parties going through our house on both weekends. Her tenacity in contacting all of these parties had us inundated with offers and she even got us another (higher) offer whilst we were in the cooling off period. The reporting provided to us after every open was fantastic and Martine kept us up to date every step of the way. The professionalism and care taken during the sale of our home made what we thought was going to be a stressful event much easier than we had anticipated.
