We entrusted Sylvana with the management of our Merrylands rental property in April. We are so impressed with her professionalism. She responded quickly to the problems we gave her, built a relationship with a difficult tenant (which the previous managing agent had failed to do), and nothing was too much trouble for her. She took over our property at a difficult time – the tenant had given notice to vacate but changed their mind, the State government was changing tenancy laws to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, she had to advertise the property in a trying situation, find a new tenant and do outgoing and incoming inspections. All of this she has done brilliantly, and she was proactive in keeping us informed about everything throughout the process. Sylvana is always polite and pleasant and she is so supportive and helpful, she gives us the impression that we must be the only landlords she has on her books. It is a pleasure to recommend Sylvana and her agency to anyone looking for a good managing agent for their rental property. Janice and Martin
