Exactly what i was looking for
This is the first time dealing with Sylvana from Ray White Merrylands. I have had dealings with other agents looking after my rental properties for decades and never have seen such responsive service and thorough work ethic. I have had more communication with her in two weeks than my other agent in a 12 month period. She carefully and quickly sourced good tenants with great references, organised everything seamlessly and without fuss or stress as well as helping me get landlords cover. Dealing with Sylvana is easy. Her approach is friendly, professional with no sales gimmicks-just results. I cannot recommend her more. This sentiment is shared by the three other collegues who recommended her and her office.
