Michael was thoroughly professional and efficient throughout the period the property was on the market. He strived to meet our expectations, even though they were higher than the current market. The only minor criticism we could make is that we would have welcomed more feedback between open houses on any follow up conversations he may have had with parties who had made an offer or showed interest. We assumed he had made the promised follow up calls but he had little or no information worth reporting.
