B&D went above and beyond for us, and was instrumental in ensuring our purchase happened on time. As the buyer of a property being sold by B&D Realty, I don't have a contract with them, and I am not their client, they owe me nothing, except the keys when the time comes. Going on previous experience, 'they owe me nothing' is about as much as you get in this position, but with these guys, the opposite was true. We were treated like valued customers, our communications were consistently given the required attention and it was done with the kind of professionalism you always hope to encounter.
