When given the opportunity to review Brock and the team at BnD Reality I grabbed it with both hands because I want to not only share my experiences, but take the opportunity to give back to the gentlemen that was an integral piece of our successes. Brock was amazing from the moment we met him, his market knowledge and detail that went into pricing our house into the market to sell was outstanding, he really did his homework on this which really impressed us! From all the little touches like little gifts at the start and hampers when we sold, it just made it that little bit more special. Brock sold our house in a couple of days! We didn't even reach open home stage as it sold before the first one! He was there with us for every step of the way and really helped advise and make things super easy, we didn't have to worry about anything he made us feel so at ease and we just left everything with him and knew it would be ok. Most of my contact with B & D Realty was through my daughter but I felt very content with how they handled my situation. At no time did I feel they did not have my interest at heart.
