After I submitted an offer Josh presented a contract that differed from my offer and placed undue pressure due to revised dates and public holidays. Josh has proven punctual and by far the most credible R/E agents I have had dealings with over past six months (ranging from dismal to...). He comes across as personable and did not need to engage in any of the usual shifty practices to do well by his client (as far as I was aware anyway) and has proven that he will follow through on assurances he has given to ourselves. That displays a high level of professionalism in my view. My only negative comment deals with the practice rather than the person - hard to establish contact with a specific person when contact is funnelled through a web interface.
