Josh took care of our sale with excellent patients and communication. Our sale was like a roller coaster with one contract falling over due to finance issues and another that was being delayed, again out of Josh's control. Josh Sherwood (Mr Sell Team, Ormiston) listed our house for auction. It was sold under the hammer 4 weeks later. Leading up to the day of Auction, Josh kept in contact, no question was too small or silly and I always felt that he was working for us to get the best price we could. Josh is a passionate motivated real estate agent, but just as importantly (at least for me) is also honorable and decent. He definitely breaks the less than flattering stereotypes some real estate agents have. I would definitely use Josh and his team again.
