Polite, punctual with good local knowledge of the market

The Number 1 Real Estate Team do it again!
This is the 3rd property we have sold with Josh & Jake Sherwood and their team. We just can't fault them - they work for you but give you solid advice on how the market is at the time. I wouldn't use another Real Estate Team.

Excellent Experience

Fabulous experience buying our home
Having moved states we had a lot to deal with including trying to find a house in a very difficult market. Joel was caring and considerate of our situation, kept us informed every step of the way including arranging an unscheduled inspection for our family from NSW. He responded quickly to every request, was knowledgeable about the process of the purchase and always willing to ask questions of the vendor for us. We know that Joel is in the right profession and know he will go far. His gentle personality will endear him to clients because he listens and is not overbearing. Great Team!

Highly recommend, and would seek if we sold or purchased again.
We personally dealt with Jake Sherwood, he was amazing. So friendly and inviting. So accomodating to our schedules to view houses. He was transparent and very professional. Couldn’t recommend Jake enough! When we finally found our home, he worked beyond the 9-5 usual hours to accomodate us shift workers in contract exchange etc, and made himself available at all hours. We had been searching for a home in Brisbane for a few months, and met a lot of real estate agents, I can confidentially say Jake was the best of them. I wish him all the best in his career, and if we sell or purchase in the future we will definitely source Jake out again.

Professional & Fast to get back to you
