We knew exactly what was happening upfront and when and turnaround from initial meeting to first open home was very fast. Room for Improvement: We often didn't know who was coming to what inspections until day of, and as our confidence was initially with Josh, we then needed to settle into any others, (which we did). We also noticed the communication and proximity dropped off once campaign was underway. That said, this was only our feeling and ultimately we were very happy with the outcome and fast close and that any emotional journey comes second to a successful result.
