From a sellers perspective Kristian was fantastic. Informed me through every step of the process. He and his team made everything as easy as possible their communication between myself, tenants and property managers was first class. And the end outcome was well beyond expectations. Josh and Kristian came on a Saturday afternoon prepared to do business.
After a tour of the property, Josh and Kristian sat down with us prepared to do business. Both sides listened to each other and after a brief time it was obvious I knew we were all on the same page and my expectations were going to be met. The marketing campaign was prepared swiftly and the house was "for sale". After a successful Saturday "open home" it was evident there was interest in the property and within days we were "under contract". Kristian communicated effectively between sellers and buyers on a regular basis throughout the entire process. His professional manner cannot be faulted, therefore I would not hesitate to recommend him and use his expertise again in the future.
