Josh and the team from Freedom Properties made the whole selling experience so easy and “pain free”. Josh was very knowledgeable regarding the property market and offered a variety of marketing strategies. These were great and our 1st and only open house got the result we wanted - house SOLD. It took less than 3 days from advertising to getting a contract. Prior to the house going on the market Josh and the team provided a checklist of what I needed to do in readiness for open house. Then afterwards they continued to communicate with me about what I needed to have for compliance.
