We enjoyed a very positive experience with Stacey & Remax. Stacey was extremely cooperative and flexible with our requests (that were many to get quotes) to access the property prior to settlement which unfortunately was delayed by the seller. In addition Stacey assisted with recommendations for building inspection and conveyancing as we were new to town and didn't have the contacts. Although not meeting face to face, I was given the impression of experience and knowledge in the market, particularly in the legality area. I was somewhat off put by the omission of what I thought was a key point in the house" the sea view" as this is why we purchased the house and hold reservation as if added would there have been more walk-ins in the open houses. The house finally settled however I didn't recover my purchase so was it a good experience, hard to say. Leanne was great to deal with upfront and understanding and probably got the best for the market. Hopefully you haven't sent my present as I am yet to receive it.
