Although not meeting face to face, I was given the impression of experience and knowledge in the market, particularly in the legality area. I was somewhat off put by the omission of what I thought was a key point in the house" the sea view" as this is why we purchased the house and hold reservation as if added would there have been more walk-ins in the open houses. The house finally settled however I didn't recover my purchase so was it a good experience, hard to say. Leanne was great to deal with upfront and understanding and probably got the best for the market. Hopefully you haven't sent my present as I am yet to receive it.
