A great agent
Ben is an all round great agent, very friendly and honest in all his dealings. He and his team managed my property as a rental for many years prior to selling it at a great price. Above all else, he has sought to understand my particular priorities and needs and worked tireless to fulfill them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Baileux!!

Ben delivers what he promises
Ben was contacted as one of the contacts from rate my agent. He was friendly respectful but also forthright with his expertise and what he recommended. He had the appropaite contact ts to bring about a very quick sale - within a week. Highly recommended as one who does what he says and says what he does.
