Hopeless Accounting

Previous tenant left unit in a mess.Required $929.50 clean before new tenant moved in ALL at our expence.Promised refund from bond has NOT happened .

Exceptional Property Management Experience with Ben

I recently engaged Ben to help me buy and manage an investment property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ben's knowledge of the area was impressive, and his ability to assess properties was invaluable. He is easy to communicate with and always reachable, ensuring I got a great property. Thanks to his inspection and assessment, I avoided a bad purchase that I had placed an offer for before engaging Ben.
