About Benjamin

Licensee and Director of Baileux At the young age of nine, Benjamin Molineux first realised his entrepreneurial passion as he started a yard maintenance business with a few friends. This endeavour later developed into a successful property services business, Budget Guys. After working in the banking industry, Benjamin was lead to a path in real estate by working as a contractor and housing advisor in government housing. He directed his passion for property management and excellent customer service towards starting Baileux, one of Mackay’s most up and coming real estate companies.

A great agent

Ben is an all round great agent, very friendly and honest in all his dealings. He and his team managed my property as a rental for many years prior to selling it at a great price. Ben delivers what he promises

Ben was contacted as one of the contacts from rate my agent. He was friendly respectful but also forthright with his expertise and what he recommended. He had the appropaite contact ts to bring about a very quick sale - within a week. Highly recommended as one who does what he says and says what he does.
