We had previously bought and sold rural acreage property through Scott Bailey and his team, impressed then with their 100% pleasant polished professionalism, firstly ourselves as buyers, then as sellers. After some years away our return to the Hunter had us searching again in the Singleton area but also further east, with no success. Nothing quite right apart from just a few properties already 'under offer' by the time we discovered them, including a gem of a home on acres in a quiet country corner, being marketed by Baileys.
