Happy to use Mark a third time
Mark has assisted our family on 2 separate occasions. Once as the agent for a property that my daughter and her partner purchased and the second as the agent selling my mothers house. Throughout both of these sale processes we found Mark to be exceptionally helpful with his advice and guidance not too mention his effort to obtain a satisfactory result. When selling my mothers house Mark would always call immediately after an open inspection to keep us up to date and well informed about the interest being shown and also inform us of any leads that he intended following up. Mark worked very hard to secure us an acceptable and timely result on both counts. Our family would have no hesitation in using Mark again or recommending Mark to any other prospective buyer or seller.

Highly recommend
I strongly recommend Mark when buying or selling a property. He is what you would want your real estate agent to be, dedicated, honest and great with communication. He sold my property, with in the first 2 opens getting a fantastic price and I always recommend Bailey’s Property Group to friends and family.

Fantastic agent that I would highly recommend

Sold my property in under a week!
Mark listed and sold my development in under a week. His strategy to start the marketing process at lock up stage was fantastic and allowed me to sell the property at full asking price, whilst giving the purchaser flexibility to make basic selection changes.
