Great Care
I have my unit rented with Baird Real Estate and am extremely happy with the proffesional service and care provided by Bairds. I am kept up to date with each inspection and nothing is a problem. I know that my property is in good hands and stress free.

Reliable & trustworthy
We trust Baird RE to look after our investment. This means a great deal to us as our home is unique & damage to the home cannot be easily repaired, restored or replaced. It is also important to us (as Landlords) to ensure our tenants are comfortable & feel at home in our gem. Bairds are in contact with us often which allows us to work on this relationship, all be it, remotely.
