After continually being disappointed by our previous agents we decided to give Baird Real Estate a go & haven't looked back. Ben has been our agent now for approx. 6 months and we have always found him to be helpful, informative and honest, and the service he gives is what we would expect from a property manager. We no longer need to do drive-by's to look at the house, and report to the agent that the lawns are a metre high. Ben liaises directly with the tenant to ensure everything is kept in good condition and presentable. A 10/10 from us.
