After joining the Baird Real Estate team, Ben quickly found his footing in sales & has worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for his clients, build & maintain rapport with clients & make his personal mark in the local Real Estate world. Since beginning 7 years ago, Ben has continued to grow & develop his skills in the Real Estate industry & has now broadened his job role to include not only sales but New Business Management for the Property Management Department, along with maintaining & managing a small portfolio of investment properties. Having an honest, hardworking & friendly, yet firm attitude towards work (all important traits for someone to forge their way through this industry), Ben easily connects with clients on both a business & personal level. Holding a background in Hospitality Management & previous studies in Human Resources Management, Ben has developed effective communication skills, an outgoing approach & the always desired ability to think outside the box. When he’s not in his suit you’ll often see Ben out & about socialising at local events and sports, spending time with his beautiful family (wife Jenni and daughter Zoe) or enjoying a good game of cricket. Now currently looking at his own property movements, Ben is always available to help with yours too.

Fantastic Agent

Being first home buyers we had no idea what to do, what to expect or how to buy a house. We are moving into the area and had no idea about the area either.
