Commendable customer service
I would like to thank Kamal from Bal Real Estate for making our house buying journey really smooth and easy. He was very prompt in responding to our queries, had complete knowledge of the property and was very transparent and clear about all the details from the beginning. He did not just try and push a sale through us but made sure that we were convinced and satisfied with our purchase. He was very informative and assisted us throughout the process to the best of his ability. He also put us in contact with the best broker, conveyancer as well as home stylist.
