I messaged Zara on a late Tuesday night after months of searching for a house, asking if I could see the property on the Wednesday ahead of the open home on the Saturday. Zara said yes and she welcomed us with a smile. I put an offer in on the Thursday morning (my birthday) and by lunch time she called back to say the owners had accepted my offer. During the entire phase I was under contract Zara was extremely helpful and was willing to be at the house whenever I needed. Zara made buying my first home the best experience possible.

Zara is the epitome of professional at each property's open that I went to as well as throughout the journey. She fights hard to get a good price for the buyer. She makes the contract process easy. She was phenomenal at negotiating a fair deal given an unfavourable pest and building report. Throughout the process, she liaised between a very difficult seller and myself to make both of our transitions easier and she even helped me unload a car full of plants in her nice clothes and high heels. On settlement day she turned up with her ear to ear smile and a basket of essential goodies. I highly recommend her to you you, whether buying or selling.
