We had a other real estate agents come through our home and we were not satisfied with their rapport or their strategies. I phoned Ball Realty as they have always had a great reputation in the area. I am so glad I did. I met Zara and knew straight away she was the right fit for us. She was genuine and knowledgeable of the area (as she lives in the area too). She went above and beyond for us - she recommended 'doable' changes we could make without over capitalizing so we could reach the high end of what we wanted. She was always available when we needed her and was always touching base with us, making sure we knew what was happening and what to expect. She was willing to do put in the hard work to get the price 'we' wanted... and she definitely got it for us. I would contact Zara to sell our next home in a heart beat.
